The final coroner’s report into the death of rap superstar Kanye West’s late mother following plastic surgery says she suffered a heart attack, it was reported last night.
But the Los Angeles County Coroner could not determine exactly what killed Donda West, according to website TMZ.
Ex-university professor Donda died a day after undergoing liposuction and a breast reduction.
But the coroner’s report indicates the manner of her death “could not be determined”, TMZ says.
It reportedly says several factors could have played part, but there was no evidence anesthesia caused or contributed to the tragedy.
Kanye was devastated by Donda’s shock death on November 10.
It later emerged surgeon Dr Jan Adams was not board certified in plastic surgery and faces accusations he botched operations on other women.
Dr Adams, who has appeared as an expert on numerous US talk shows, has denied any wrongdoing. He said there were no complications in Donda’s procedure.
The surgeon said it was likely Donda died from a heart attack, a pulmonary embolism or an accidental overdose from drugs he had prescribed her for post-operation pain management.
No-one from the coroner’s office was available to comment on the report yesterday.

Kanye West posted on his blog for the first time since the untimely death of his mother, Dr. Donda West, after plastic surgery in early November. He titled the entry “Thank you all for your support,”. Kanye didn’t get into the details about the tough time he went through or his mother’s passing. He just talked about how he loves to play Connect Four and how it helped him pass the time. Here’s Kanye’s post:
When I was in Europe I would play this game for hours and hours... it helped me zone out. Everybody would get envolved... Derrick Dudley (Common's manager) and Consequence were the best other than me... I beat Lexi... Don C beat Jay... Tony Williams beat Common... but every now and then people would speak of this legendary connect 4 champion........... BEYONCE!!! I had 2 play her!...so last night at Jay's new 40/40 club in Las Vegas (which is sidebar, crazy big w/ 24krt gold flooring, Black Jack tables, $500 slot machines,the biggest projection screen in the universe and the best turkey burgers I've ever had in my life) she beat me 9 times in a row! (and I didn't even spaz lol) here's a photo of the only game I won!

Kanye West has put his Beverly Hills home on the market.The listing for the rapper’s estate on Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills can be found on Realtor.com and it’s reportedly selling for a cool $8,699,000, calling it ‘a rare offering’.
The two-story house is on nearly 35,000 sq. ft. lot has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and a detached garage. It’s being said that the house is actually a ‘teardown’ and the property is being offered just for the lot.
The estimated monthly payment for the house would be $44,492.

 De plastisch chrirurg die de moeder van rapper Kanye West opereerde waarna ze overleed, ligt onder vuur.
Het medisch tuchtcollege bekijkt of de arts kan worden geschorst. Jan Adams werd de afgelopen jaren twee keer opgepakt voor rijden onder invloed en had bovendien geen geldig rijbewijs.
Adams, die een eigen programma presenteerde op Discovery Health en regelmatig als deskundige te gast was in praatprogramma's als Oprah en Entertainment Tonight, werd eerder twee keer aangeklaagd wegens nalatigheid door patiënten. Hij betaalde de vrouwen in totaal ruim 340 duizend euro aan schadevergoedingen. Drie andere aanklachten tegen de cosmetisch arts lopen nog.
De 58-jarige moeder van Kanye overleed zaterdag na een buikwandcorrectie en een borstverkleining. Adams vertelde entertainmentwebsite TMZ dat haar dood zou kunnen zijn veroorzaakt door een hartaanval, een longembolie of hevig braken. Dinsdag werd een autopsie uitgevoerd op het lichaam van West. De precieze doodsoorzaak wordt naar verwachting pas over zes tot acht weken duidelijk, zo vertelde de lijkschouwer.

Kanye West released a statement last night about his mother’s death saying, “Kanye West, his family and friends would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of support and kind words that have come in from across the country since the death of his mother, Dr. Donda West … In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dr. West’s name to the Kanye West Foundation/Loop Dreams Teacher Training Institute.”
Donda died Saturday of what is believed to be complications from plastic surgery, although the surgeon who claims he operated on Donda says he did nothing wrong. An autopsy is scheduled for later this week.
